Information for Students
- No pre-registration needed, just drop-in
- Sign-in required before each class
- Classes start as scheduled, please be on time
- Wear loose/stretchy comfortable clothes
- Most classes are practiced barefoot
- Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is recommended
- For your comfort, do not eat a large meal 2hrs prior to class
- If you have a heart condition or any other serious medical condition, please let your instructor know before class
