Information for Students

  • No pre-registration needed, just drop-in
  • Sign-in required before each class
  • Classes start as scheduled, please be on time
  • Wear loose/stretchy comfortable clothes
  • Most classes are practiced barefoot
  • Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is recommended
  • For your comfort, do not eat a large meal 2hrs prior to class
  • If you have a heart condition or any other serious medical condition, please let your instructor know before class
